Alan Muskin was born in St. Louis but arrived in Texas as soon as possible to attend the University of Texas, from which he graduated in 1980. Since that time he has been active in Central Texas real estate with nearly 25 years experience. Alan is married and has two daughters. When he is not building homes, Alan enjoys playing tennis and listening to local music.
Bill Garner is a native Austinite that graduated from The University of Texas with a finance degree in 1980. After college he went to work for a developer, which led him into starting his own construction company. His experience is primarily in new home and commercial construction. He also holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers license and will be marketing new homes and servicing custom clients for The Muskin Company.
David Massie grew up in Bryan, Texas. He graduated from Southwest Texas University in San Marcos and liked the hill country so much he stayed in the Austin area. David has been involved in the residential construction industry for 25 years and left the remodeling business to join The Muskin Company in 2003, as New Construction Superintendent.
Michael Roufa was born in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Austin in 1968 to attend the University of Texas. For over 20 years he owned a gourmet retail store called "Coffee Exchange." In 1999 he joined The Muskin Company to head the Remodeling Division. Michael is an avid runner and has competed in several Marathons and Triathlons.
Cynde Smith, administrative assistant with The Muskin Company since 2006, after spending 27 years with SBC. She is a 3rd generation, born and raised, Austinite. Though living in Round Rock the past 4 years, she considers it an extension of Austin. This Die-Hard TEXAN has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren claiming since she grew up with her sons, she is now in her 2nd childhood growing up with her grandchildren and loving every minute of it.
